Super understanding and helpful with our crazy life with three 3 and under. Staff is super friendly. Nice, clean, modern, kid-friendly facility. The service dog is our favorite part!

First time appointment for my son. The staff was so kind and patient. They walked my son through each step of the teeth cleaning process and went over what each tool does and feels like. My son is very timid but he was super relaxed and was excited seeing all the fun things in the treasure tower he could choose from! We were thrilled with our experience and are looking forward to our follow up appointments!

Some of the friendliest staff around. My little boy was a bit nervous and had alot of questions. They made sure to answer everything so that he understood what was going on and what to expect in the future. He was also so happy to meet Grace, the office pup.

First visit to the dentist for my 8 year old daughter. The facility was welcoming and fun and so was the staff! She loved the virtual game room in the front office and the on-site therapy dog "Grace". The exam and cleaning was quick and easy and the staff made her feel at ease throughout the visit! Not only did she walk away from this visit with no cavities, she also walked away with ZERO fear of the dentist!! Such a big Mama WIN! Thank you Kingsport Pediatric Dentistry!
